Our Philosophy
At The School House, we believe that education is the key to unlocking a world of opportunities. In our evolving society, a mind shift must take place for our students to become successful citizens of tomorrow. Up until recent years, with a solid instructional foundation, classroom management practices would simply fall in place. Today, however, we must put a focus on growing culture and positive classroom management practices within the learning environment from building to classroom. I like to use the phrase, "Students won't work for people they don't like." We are committed to providing educators, both teachers and administrators, the tools to help foster the growth of the whole child.
Our Expertise
Our team of educational consultants has years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of the educational landscape. Our expertise begins with the educator in mind. If administrators and teachers can grow in their craft, then we believe our students can and will grow.
Our Services
We offer a range of services and products to meet the needs of the administrator to the classroom teacher. These products range from building sustainable relationships between teacher and student and student to student. We also provide information and products for the beginning administrator over time management, critical conversations, and becoming an effective leader on your campus and not just an effective manager.
